Licensed Clinical Social Worker
I am originally from New York. I graduated in 1997 with a Masters Degree in Social Work through the Advanced Standing program at the State University at Albany. I have been working in the field of Social Work since then.
My initial training was with school-aged children, adolescents and families. I have extensive experience working in acute inpatient psychiatric hospitals as well as outpatient mental health settings, with children through adults.
I moved to southern Maryland with my family in 2011 and I have four children (two of whom are pugs!). I am currently a Licensed Certified Social Worker (Clinical) in the state of Maryland. I started private practice in 2014 serving children through adults. Additionally, since 2016 I have specialized training in Trauma Therapy. Since 2021 I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Professional.
