Welcome! I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker with 28 years of experience in the field. I specialize in working with school-aged children, adolescents and families. I also enjoy working with individuals in early adulthood. I mainly use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) in my work and I have specialized training in the area of trauma and anxiety. I am also a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional. However, each person who walks through my door brings a unique set of characteristics and life-experiences and I individualize each treatment plan accordingly.
Ultimately, my goal is to enhance my clients’ quality of life by providing scientifically proven tools to boost their resilience in an atmosphere of compassion and mutual respect.
